Non-Surgical Aesthetics

A natural look, administered under physician supervision.

Botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, mesotherapy, PRP and skin rejuvenation treatments are planned individually following an in-person examination. The aim is not dramatic change but preserving the natural balance of the face. Results are individual.

Conditions Treated

  • Expression lines (forehead, frown lines, around the eyes)
  • Volume loss and deep folds (nasolabial, marionette, cheekbones)
  • Lip volume and contour balance
  • Loss of skin quality, hydration and elasticity
  • Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)
  • Chin and jawline definition
  • Hair loss (support with PRP and mesotherapy)

Techniques

Botulinum toxin (Botox)

Softening of dynamic wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the muscles of facial expression; application to the sweat glands in hyperhidrosis. A prescription-only medicine, administered solely by a physician.

Hyaluronic acid fillers

Tissue support with CE-certified hyaluronic acid in areas of volume loss and along folds; reversible with hyaluronidase.

Mesotherapy and skin boosters

Micro-injections containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and amino acids to support skin quality.

PRP (platelet-rich plasma)

Plasma prepared from the patient's own blood and applied to the skin and scalp; a biological product with a low risk of allergy.

Pre-Treatment Protocol

Preparation and support program for your treatment.

Preparation, IV infusion and micronutrient support protocols planned after physician evaluation. All applications are personalized individually; effectiveness varies from person to person.

Examination and photographic analysis

Assessment of facial proportions, expression movements and skin quality; discussion of expectations and contraindications.

Why:

A natural result begins with analysis before treatment. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection, neuromuscular disease and certain medicines may preclude treatment.

Review of blood-thinning medicines and supplements

With physician approval, review of products that may increase bleeding, such as aspirin, omega-3 and vitamin E, a few days before treatment.

Why:

A standard approach aimed at reducing the risk of bruising at the injection site; prescription medicines are never stopped without the physician's knowledge.

Skin preparation

Arriving without make-up on the day of treatment and reporting any active skin infection or history of herpes.

Why:

Clean, healthy skin is a prerequisite for injection safety; prophylaxis may be considered in patients with a history of herpes.

Informed consent

Written explanation of the product, possible side effects, alternatives and the expected duration of effect.

Why:

In accordance with German patient rights legislation and the HWG, detailed information is provided before every treatment.

Treatment Process

Treatment Steps

1

Marking and anaesthesia

Identification of the injection points; topical anaesthetic cream or a lidocaine-containing product where required.

2

Treatment

Injection by the physician using a fine needle or cannula; 15-45 minutes depending on the area.

3

Check and massage

Symmetry check and, where required, gentle moulding in the filler area.

4

Cooling and aftercare instructions

Gentle cold compress; post-treatment instructions provided verbally and in writing.

Post-Treatment Protocol

Post-treatment support program.

Care, micronutrient and support protocols applied in line with physician recommendations. Individual recovery times may vary.

The first 24 hours

No touching of the treated area, no lying down (for the first 4 hours after botulinum toxin), and avoidance of strenuous exercise, sauna and alcohol.

Why:

Helps the product remain in the target tissue and reduces the risk of bruising.

Skin care and sun protection

Use of a moisturiser and broad-spectrum SPF; a 2-week break from peels, lasers and intense heat treatments.

Why:

Protecting the skin barrier supports recovery after treatment.

Follow-up appointment

Review at week 2 for botulinum toxin and at weeks 2-4 for fillers; minor adjustment where required.

Why:

The final effect of botulinum toxin is assessed at 10-14 days, and that of fillers once the swelling has resolved.

Skin health integrated with longevity

Collagen, antioxidant and micronutrient support as recommended by the physician; optional IV protocols.

Why:

Skin quality is linked to nutrition, sleep and hormonal balance; aesthetic treatments are supported by holistic care.
